Download the app or open the web link
For Android, download the APK file from this page. For iOS or web, visit lgpro.app directly or tap the link below.
-
Install or add to home screen
On Android, open your file manager and tap the APK file. On iOS, tap Share and select "Add to Home Screen". On web, bookmark the page or simply keep it open in your browser.
-
Register or sign in to your lgpro account
If you are new, create an account by entering your email, setting a password, and accepting our terms. If you already have an account, enter your credentials.
-
Verify your identity and add a payment method
Upload a photo ID to complete know-your-customer (KYC) verification. Add a payment method such as DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment. You can then deposit funds and access all markets.
App versus browser: which is right for you
Our native lgpro app caches game data and live-table feeds locally, so tables load faster on slower mobile networks. The app also sends push notifications when your preferred Liga 1 or Piala AFF match is about to start, and when your withdrawal has been approved. The web version works on any device and requires no download or installation — simply visit lgpro.app in your browser. Both paths use the same account and the same security protections.
Device compatibility and system requirements
The lgpro app runs on Android 7 and above. For iOS, Safari or any modern browser supports our web app on iOS 12 and later. If your device is older or you use a custom Android ROM, visit lgpro.app in your browser instead — the web version is compatible with almost all devices. You will need a stable internet connection (WiFi or mobile data) to stream live tables. Our platform is optimised for 4G and 5G networks but also works on 3G if the stream quality is adjusted to low.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
On Android, if you see "Unknown sources" or "Untrusted developer" warning, this is normal when installing from outside the Google Play Store. Go to your device settings, find Security or Apps, and enable "Unknown sources" or "Install from unknown sources". Tap the APK file again and proceed. On iOS, if Safari shows a security warning when adding lgpro to your home screen, this is because Apple requires certificate verification. Close the warning and try again — it may take a moment for the certificate to validate. If the web app does not load, clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page. If the lgpro app crashes on launch, restart your device and reinstall the APK.
App permissions and account security
When you install the lgpro app, it requests permission to access your device camera (for ID verification during KYC), storage (to cache game data), and notifications (to alert you to withdrawals and live events). We never share your camera feed or stored data with third parties. All data we collect — your username, email, phone number, and deposit history — is encrypted and stored on our secure servers. When you log in, every page request uses HTTPS encryption. Your password is salted and hashed so that we cannot see it even if our database were compromised. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact our support team via the app or at lgpro.app.
