Account opening on lgpro starts with email verification and a name match against your payment method. We do this to prevent fraud and ensure that withdrawals go to the right person. Once you confirm your email, we ask for your full legal name, date of birth, and a phone number.
If you live in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang, we accept Indonesian ID cards and driver's licenses for identity verification. You upload a clear photo of the document and a selfie holding the same document. Our system compares the faces automatically; if there is any mismatch, a team member reviews it manually.

The receiving bank or wallet processes the final credit; we do not control that timing.
You can add or remove payment methods at any time. Removing a method does not affect past transactions. If you want to change the bank account linked to your account, you must update it in the payment section, then verify the new account by making a small test deposit.
